Overview

Every order is made with care and intention. Because our products are custom-printed and made to order, production and shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on the items purchased and the delivery destination.

Production Time

All orders are processed and printed within 1-5 business days after purchase. During peak periods, processing time may be extended slightly.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

- International Shipping (varies by destination)

Please note that shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method. Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered on qualifying domestic orders.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States from our fulfillment location in Killeen, TX. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the carrier and location.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally. Please allow extra time for delivery and customs clearance. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or international shipping carriers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue is not resolved, email us at hello@thisisthearchives.com and we’ll do our best to help.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, email us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct it. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
